The Cabinet is Illinois Farm Bureau's premier membership group that provides an instrumental focal point for leadership, ambassadorship, and political advocacy for the support of ACTIVATOR programs.

The Illinois Farm Bureau ACTIVATOR (“State Fund”) and the Illinois Agricultural Association ACTIVATOR Political Involvement Fund/Illinois Farm Bureau ACTIVATOR (Federal) (“Federal Fund”) divides contributions among candidates for the Illinois General Assembly and U.S. Congress, respectively, who support Illinois Farm Bureau’s policies. If you checked the box as a corporate entity your funds went to the State Fund, otherwise, your funds went to the Federal Fund.  The amounts herein are merely suggested voluntary contributions and you may refuse to contribute, and are free to contribute more, less or nothing at all without reprisal. No one will be favored or disadvantaged based on contribution or a decision not to contribute. Federal law requires the Federal Fund to use best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 per calendar year. State Fund contribution reports are filed with the State Board of Elections and are (or will be) available on the Board’s official website (www.elections.state.il.us/) or for purchase from the State Board of Elections, Springfield, Illinois. Contributions are not deductible for Federal income tax purposes as charitable contributions.
